The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to FELT MY STUDIO (TR0341123-K).
FELT MY STUDIO operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide you with a curated shopping experience.
These Terms & Conditions, together with any policies referenced herein, govern your access to and use of our Services and outline your rights and responsibilities as a customer.
By accessing, browsing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.
ORDERS
Once checkout is completed and your order has been successfully confirmed, no changes, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be allowed.
Please ensure all order details are correct before placing your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order without prior notice for reasons including but not limited to:
- Payment is not completed or verified within 48 hours
- Item is out of stock or unavailable
- Payment authorization cannot be obtained
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity
If payment has already been made, customers will be notified and a refund will be issued via the original payment method where applicable.
Items in the shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Orders are processed after payment verification on working days only, excluding weekends and Malaysian public holidays.
- Ready Stock: Ships within 1–3 working days
- Pre-Order: Estimated 14 working days for stock arrival
Shipping will only be arranged after all items are available (if applicable).
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Once parcels are handed over to the courier, FELT MY STUDIO is not responsible for any delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We strive to display all product information as accurately as possible. However:
- Colours may vary due to lighting and screen differences
- Measurements may vary by 1–3 cm due to manual measurement and mass production
Such variations are not considered defects.
All information is provided for general reference only. We reserve the right to update product details without prior notice.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-order items are estimated to arrive within 14 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
This is an estimate only and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
Pre-order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.
If an item becomes unavailable, FELT MY STUDIO reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund via the original payment method.
COMBINED ORDERS
Orders containing both ready stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available.
Customers who wish to receive ready stock items first should place separate orders. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
GENERAL POLICY
For both Malaysia and international orders, all sales are final once an order is successfully placed.
We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations due to:
- Change of mind
- Size or fit issues
- Colour preferences
- Personal reasons
- Order cancellation after payment
We do not accept any request to change size, colour, or item after order confirmation.
Please ensure all details and measurements are checked carefully before placing your order.
NON-ELIGIBLE REQUESTS
We do not accept return, refund, or exchange requests due to:
- Incorrect size selection
- Personal preference changes
- Item no longer needed
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
EXCEPTION (WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY)
We only accept return or refund requests if:
- You received the wrong item
- You received a defective or damaged item
Customers must contact us within 1–3 days after parcel is marked as delivered.
Requests after this period will not be accepted.
RETURN CONDITIONS
All returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Original packaging with tags attached
- In brand new and resellable condition
- Free from stains, odours, perfume, detergent smell, or damage
Any item that does not meet these conditions will be rejected.
Returned parcels must be shipped back within 1–3 days after approval.
STORE CREDIT / RESOLUTION
For approved cases, customers will receive:
- Store credit equivalent to the item value, OR
- Replacement item (subject to availability)
Store credit:
- Can only be used on FELT MY STUDIO website
- Strictly non-transferable to another person or account
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Cannot be refunded under any circumstances
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
RETURN SHIPPING
- For Malaysia orders, return shipping fees shall be borne by the customer (West Malaysia RM8 / East Malaysia RM20 applies for standard return cases).
- For international orders, return shipping fees are fully borne by the customer.
We are not responsible for any lost parcels during return shipping. Customers are advised to use a trackable courier service.
NON-DEFECT CONDITIONS
The following are NOT considered defects:
- Minor fabric imperfections (dots, loose threads, slight pilling)
- Minor stitching variations
- Colour or size variation between production batches
- Measurement variance of ±1–3 cm
- Slight colour differences due to lighting or screen display
These are normal production variations and are not eligible for return or exchange.
FINAL DECISION
FELT MY STUDIO reserves the right to make the final decision on all return, refund, and exchange cases.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including images, designs, text, and logos, are the property of FELT MY STUDIO.
Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
FELT MY STUDIO shall not be held responsible for any delays, losses, or damages caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control once the parcel has been shipped.
FINAL AGREEMENT
By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions stated above.
